Studio 1 – Moulin Rouge Bar

Studio 1 is the most popular of all sets. Perfect for Photography / Filming / Parties
Bring your own drinks. There is a Fridge and freezer, Under bar shelves for storing bottles of drink. VIP area, Stage area, Freeview TV and games area. The front of the bar opens up to the front garden if you wanted to open up the space.

Studio 2 – Equipped Gym

Perfect for working out, photography / Filming. The gym is complimentary to air bnb guests free of charge.

Studio 3 & 4 – Dungeon & Therapy Room

Dungeon- The dungeon is equipped with a fetish sex swing, a kink cross, PVC double bed, Large dog cage, A glory hole and a fetish pillory. There are Plenty of whips, chains, restraints, blind folds and masks.

Therapy room- mostly used as a physiotherapist or doctors set, it can also be used as an office set. It has a therapy bed with all the decor, and an office table with a PC screen and keyboard, desk phone with clipboards and a chair.

All studio sets are equipped for photography purposes only. Although the equipment is sterdy enough to use, you must use at your own risk if you choose to do so.

All studio sets are equipped with cleaning products. Please use these when you are finished in the studios, and dispose of towels and wipes in the bins provided.

Annex

The annex sleeps up to 4 adults and is fully equipped ready for over night stays. The living room has a beautiful feature wall with a wooden panel effect, an electric light up fire, a sofa which palls out into a double bed, bedding is stored inside of the sofa storage. There is a 65” Freeview TV, and a dining area that seats x4 people. There is one double bedroom with a large double bed and double cupboard. Inside the cupboard there are board games, ironing board and iron, a clothes horse, fresh towels and a hairdryer. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, all cooking utensils and cutlery, complimentary tea coffee and chocolates. There’s a large electric shower and complimentary body washes, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. WiFi is also available. Outside the annex door, there is beer barrel table with stools to sit and enjoy a drink on a nice summers day.

Hot tub area

The hot tub area has being designed as a small beach club set. Using sand, deck chairs, artificial grass, sun lounger bean bags, DJ area, Lazy spa with lots of funky lights with a disco ball. This area of the garden is recommended for chill out only, or solo photography sets.

Farmhouse

4 bedroom farmhouse with 3 reception rooms. x2 of the bedrooms and x2 of the reception rooms are available for use.

Bedroom 1 is the master room with a king size bed with a rose petal decorated canopy . The bedroom has and en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2 is the Treehouse bedroom with a double bed that has been made into a tent style bed frame. The room is decorated with lots of funky lights and safety candles. It has a Glamping feel to the room

Family bathroom has a power shower, Large bath and TV in the wall which you can connect to YouTube, Amazon, Netflix

Reception room 1 (Dining room) has a large log burner fireplace with a red tweed chair placed next to it. There is a 6 seater dining table with a game of chess displayed in the middle. There is also a champagne cart placed in the dining area.

Reception room 2 (Living area) has x2 large sofas with a large foot stool, a 65” TV with all the sky channels & Wifi. There is a piano and x2 rope style laps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 seater island the middle. It’s a perfect modern cottage style kitchen with a small TV on the wall. It has a small downstairs toilet next to it.

Land/Garden

A total of 0.7 acres. It has a large pond, & a wishing well which has been made into a fire pit. There is lots of wild life that come into the garden such as ducks, quails, pheasants, rabbits, wood peckers, robins, birds of prey, and much more

Car parking

Spaces to park at the location for around 6-8 cars.

All areas of the studios and the house has fire safety alarms and/or fire distinguishes and fire blankets.

Eyelash Extensions and Spray Tanning

Available onsite if booked in advance at an additional cost.

For the safety of all guests, Farmhouse Studios is fitted with CCTV cameras.

£50 per room/studio per hour

Package 1 Deal:

Use of the annex & 4 studio sets.

£100 for 4 hours

Package 2 Deal:

Use of the annex, 4 studio sets, the hot tub area plus a complimentary over night stay in the annex. Annex sleeps up to 4 people.

£200 per day

Package 3 Deal:

Use of the annex, 4 studios sets, the hot tub area, the farmhouse, plus a complimentary over night stay in the annex. Annex sleeps up to 4 people.

£300 per day.
